In recognition of his fantastic contributions to our community, The Rotary Club of Kahului has just named Mr. Mitch Mitchell as a finalist for the 2012 Michael H. Lyons II Palaka Award. Created in honor of the tireless community support of Michael H. Lyons II, the Palaka Award provides recognition to those whom exemplify the highest ideals of volunteer service to a nonprofit organization. This year’s winner will be announced during a special luncheon on Friday, August 24, at the prestigious King Kamehameha Golf Club.
