For many prospective Maui condo buyers, the community is important, and so is the management of the property. Let’s say you’re looking at that list of the eleven condominium communities in Kapalua. You can simply click one, and details about the property will drop down, giving you a handy overview. This information includes things like land area, amenities, and building specifics, among others. But you also have the following tabs to reveal further information. “Area Info” tells you what schools, parks, restaurants and other places of interest are located nearby. “Units for Sale” will drop down a list of units with basic information and images about each of them. “Sold Units” will show you which have recently been bought up. Last but not least, “Show Map” reveals the map view of the community.
The most convenient thing about this feature is how easy it is for you to jump between information types, communities, and the various areas in which you’ll find them. You can swiftly switch from one to the other without the tedium of a back button or the refilling of a form.
