A recent trip to Singapore illustrated this point in an oh so perfect fashion.
While at the Grand Hyatt Singapore a short time ago, our very own Roy and Betty Sakamoto had been catching the elevator when a very nice gentleman also stepped into the same lift. Noticing Betty had been wearing a stylish shirt with the tasteful “Kapalua” logo proudly displayed, the gentleman immediately mentioned that he had been seriously considering purchasing a property at Kapalua. Betty’s reply: It’s “your lucky day” as she joyfully explained how her and Roy not only live in a beautiful Kapalua home of their own, but run the prestigious Kapalua real estate sales group known as Sakamoto Properties! As the elevator burst into a chuckle at this extremely fortunate chance meeting, business cards were exchanged as new friends and (hopefully) soon to be neighbors were introduced!
