Betty: Another excellent question that I get all the time is "what about golf at Kapalua?" Somebody will talk about the golf tournament which is now the Hyundai was originally Mercedes,  well we know all of the tournaments that were here because Roy has played in all of them and he's won them all at one time the pro am, golf here is exciting. When someone asks, yes you can play at one of the greatest championship golf courses in the world, which is the Plantation Golf Course, host the Hyundai Tournament of Champions.

Roy: Right

B: Still the year opener isn't it?

R: Right. It's the first tournament of the year in January. It's a golf course designed by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, it's par 73 and it covers over 250 acres of rolling land at Kapalua. It's the golf course that everyone must play at least once. The pros do a great job playing that.

B: They make it look easy.

R: They make it look easy. There is also the Bay Course at Kapalua which was designed by Arnold Palmer, in fact, we are stilling on the Bay Course right now, we are sitting at number 5T for the Bay Course which again is the most photographed golf hole in Hawaii. Right on the ocean, hit your T shot over the surf onto a beautiful green.

B: Two holes interest right where we are. Coming down where we are, as you're looking on the camera the fifth green is right behind us, but we're looking at the forth fairway of the Bay Course which again, it's surrounded by water. You could get a ball in that water if you tried.

R: Right. It's a beautiful course, it's player friendly, it's hosted several PGA Tournaments: Kapalua International, Lincoln Mercury, World Cup and several LPGA events also. So, come play the Bay Course at Kapalua.

B: The Bay Course is, I agree with you, very player friendly, it's great, it's fun and it's great. The Plantation, I'm not the greatest golfer in the world but, it's fabulous to be up there. It's so beautiful and again, you've got to play it once and hopefully you'll go again and again once you've done it. It's magnificent.
