The Median Days on Market to sell a home was 99 days (up from January’s 74 DOM).
February’s Condominium sales in West Maui:
Condominium sales decreased to 22 units sold (28 units sold in January). Higher interest rates have decreased sales numbers in recent months. The Two-year monthly average is 61.5 sales.
The Condominium median price jumped to $1,175,000 (January was $605,000).
Median Days on Market for a condo to sell was 85 days (up from January’s 57 DOM).
West Maui Total (653) sales for immediate past 12 months:
Residential = 134 (with 3.7% being foreclosure-REO or Short Sale), Condo = 519 (1.54% REO or SS).
In the last 12 months, on Maui’s West Side:
- 35% of Residential Sales were cash,
- 44.9% of Condo Sales were cash.
