March’s Condominium sales in West Maui:
Condominium sales increased to 32 units sold (22 units sold in February). Higher interest rates have decreased sales numbers in recent months. The Two-year monthly average is 59.4 sales.
The Condominium median price decreased to $807,000 (February was $1,175,000).
Median Days on Market for a condo to sell was 68 days (down from February’s 85 DOM).
West Maui Total (615) sales for immediate past 12 months:
Residential = 133 (with 3.8% being foreclosure-REO or Short Sale), Condo = 482 (1.87% REO or SS).
In the last 12 months, on Maui’s West Side:
- 38% of Residential Sales were cash
- 45.2% of Condo Sales were cash
