The Median Days on Market to sell a home was 75 days (down from March’s 100 DOM).
April’s Condominium sales in West Maui:
Condominium sales decreased to 30 units sold (32 units sold in March). Higher interest rates have decreased sales numbers beginning in July ‘22. The Two-year monthly average is 55.7 sales.
The Condominium median price increased to $919,500 (March was $807,000).
Median Days on Market for a condo to sell was 81 days (up from March’s 68 DOM).
West Maui Total (562) sales for immediate past 12 months:
Residential = 121 (with 4.1% being foreclosure-REO or Short Sale), Condo = 441 (2% REO or SS).
In the last 12 months, on Maui’s West Side:
- 36.4% of Residential Sales were cash,
- 46.3% of Condo Sales were cash.
