May’s Condominium sales in West Maui:
Condominium sales increased to 33 units sold (30 units sold in April). Higher interest rates have decreased sales numbers beginning in July ‘22. The Two-year monthly average is 52.7 sales.
The Condominium median price held steady at $920,000 (April was $919,500).
Median Days on Market for a condo to sell was 70 days (down from April’s 81 DOM).
West Maui Total (528) sales for immediate past 12months:
Residential = 115 (with 3.5%being foreclosure-REO or Short Sale), Condo = 413 (2.2% REO or SS).
