Each month we assess the latest statistics from the Maui Realtors Association and November is no exception. We are excited to share that West Maui condo prices have been in a downward trend, which is a good sign for those looking to invest in Hawaii condo real estate.

· The median sales price for Kapalua condos for sale was reported as $1,075,000 compared to the previous period where one condo listing sold for $2,850,000. As for West Maui home sales in Kapalua, there was one sold for $2,550,000 during the month of November.
· In Kaanapali home sales there was one home sold for $3,250,000. Kaanapali Condos also saw a drop to a median sales price of $1,022,500 as opposed to $1,890,000 last month. During the same time last year, the median sales price for condos in this area was around $1,500,000. So that is great news for all you potential condo buyers out there.
· Two homes were sold in Lahaina real estate for a median sales price of $846,000. While condos sold for around $466,852, as opposed to October 2019 when the median sales price was $690,966.
